Stephen Russell is the Managing Partner of Russell and Company, a specialist commercial litigation firm practising in Brisbane. He is a solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland and Victoria; his name is on the roll of the High Court of Australia. He is accredited by the Queensland Law society as a Commercial Litigation Specialist. Mr Russell also has extensive experience in mediation and is approved by the Queensland Law Society as a Mediator. He accepts engagements as a mediator for all business and corporate disputes.

Geoff Hancock has been a solicitor in Queensland since 1977 and is enrolled on the Roll of High Court Practitioners. He has practised almost exclusively in the field of commercial litigation and also has long experience in handling professional indemnity claims against solicitors and other professionals, and applications for review of administrative action by government departments. He is accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a Commercial Litigation Specialist, and was awarded the highest achievement for that specialty when he attained accreditation.

Malisa Craig has been a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 2000, after completing five year articles of clerkship. She is a member of the committee of the International Women’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Confederation (Qld) and is listed on the roll of the High Court of Australia.
Since her admission, Malisa has practised almost exclusively in commercial litigation acting for small to medium sized public and private companies in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, negligence claims and debt recovery matters. She has also advised liquidators, administrators, trustees and creditors in various aspects of bankruptcy and corporate law.
Malisa is the mother of two young boys and enjoys spending her weekends boating and in the outdoors.
