Areas of Practice

Terry has been a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 1988. Terry has practised for over 20 years as a commercial litigator with a particular focus on contractual and corporate disputes, media, mining and resources, planning and property related cases. He has acted for a wide range of financial institutions, accountants, mining and energy companies, media outlets and government departments. The majority of his matters have been complex and involved expedited timetables. Terry has been involved in a number of high profile cases in the Supreme, Federal and High Courts.

He is a former Chairman of the Court Practice and Procedure Committee of the Queensland Law Society.
