Areas of Practice
Mr Casagrande was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2005 after completing a two year articles of clerkship. He is also listed on the roll of the High Court of Australia.
Mr Casagrande has, since his admission, practised almost exclusively in the field of commercial litigation acting for both public and private companies as well as individuals in a broad range of actions including debt recovery, internal company disputes, property disputes, insolvency matters and joint venture disputes. Mr Casagrande has also assisted numerous companies in formulating pre-emptive commercial strategies designed to avoid the complications of future conflict and/or litigation.
